Update Account Information

If your phone number, email, or payment details change, update your account as soon as possible. Sportsbet will not be held responsible for any withdrawal delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Sportsbet:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Deposits from third parties are not permitted. All deposits must originate from the user's own account.

Withdraw

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Sportsbet reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Sportsbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a cash-out option has been specifically offered by Sportsbet.
• Odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and the original stake is refunded. However, specific rules may apply for certain sports.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sportsbet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Sportsbet will not be liable for issues arising from network delays during live betting.

Maximum Win Limit

Each event or market has a maximum win limit, which is displayed alongside the respective betting market. For unusually large winnings, Sportsbet reserves the right to delay payment pending review.

Cricket Betting Special Rules

If the result of a cricket match is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result will be treated as a valid bet. In the event of a tie, settlement will be made according to the applicable odds.

All bonuses and promotional offers at Sportsbet are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Welcome Bonus

• The Welcome Bonus is available to newly registered users only.
• To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement).
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

Cashback & Reload Bonus

• The weekly cashback bonus is calculated based on net losses from the previous week.
• Reload bonuses are only available when a deposit is made within the specified time window.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted while a bonus is still active, the bonus will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sportsbet platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Match Fixing & Spot Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event, or placing bets using insider information related to it.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting hacking attempts and system vulnerabilities: Knowingly exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to use Sportsbet as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using Another Person's Account: Logging into another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• False Claims: Making false or misleading claims about bets or transactions.

Sportsbet reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report it to the relevant authorities.

Sportsbet places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Data collected during registration and use of the platform is used solely for platform operations, verification, and customer support.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• We may be required to share information with government authorities due to legal obligations.

Account Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method. The process will be completed within 72 hours of receiving your request.

Sportsbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• Users will be notified by email or SMS ahead of any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between Sportsbet and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion. Our support team aims to resolve all complaints within 72 hours. If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be referred to the designated international arbitration process.

Limitation of Liability

Sportsbet will not be held liable for issues caused by technical faults, internet outages, or third-party failures. However, we take full responsibility for errors that are directly our own.
